Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer a range of psychological services, including psychological therapies, coaching, clinical supervision, and bespoke workshops.

Sessions are shaped with compassion, insight, and gentle challenge. We’ll create space to reconnect with your needs, quiet the inner critic, and take steady, grounded steps toward the life you want to lead.

Many of the people I work with benefit from a blend of therapy and coaching — gently untangling what’s holding them back while taking meaningful steps toward a clearer, more fulfilling path.

  • Therapy focuses on understanding and healing difficulties rooted in the past that are affecting your present, such as trauma, loss, or long-standing patterns of self-doubt. Coaching is more future-oriented, helping you navigate current challenges, set goals, and take action. Both can be powerful alone, or combined to support change on multiple levels.

  • I specialise in supporting women who are managing multiple demands and struggling beneath the surface. I also work with professionals experiencing burnout, anxiety, stress or change. While much of my work is with women, I welcome men and individuals from all backgrounds who feel my approach may be helpful.

  • This varies depending on your needs. I offer short-term (6–10 sessions) and medium-term (11–30 sessions) therapy. We’ll agree on a focus and review progress regularly.

  • The first session is a chance to talk through what’s brought you here, explore your hopes for the work, and see if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to share everything at once - this is your space, and we’ll go at your pace.

  • My work is integrative and draws on evidence-based approaches including Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and coaching methods, including EMDR-informed coaching. I tailor the work to your needs and goals, always working collaboratively.

  • Yes, I offer online sessions with clients across the UK and internationally (excluding the USA due to regulatory differences). This provides flexibility and the convenience of accessing support from the comfort of your own space.

I also have limited availability to offer in-person sessions in North Devon.

  • Absolutely. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good match. If you decide to go ahead, we can begin with a single session and take it from there.

  • Sessions are £120 for 50 to 60 minutes of therapy or coaching or £150 for 90 minutes of EMDR therapy or EMDR-informed coaching.

If you have any questions about fees or need to discuss payment options, please feel free to get in touch.
